The market.  Everyone is talking about it.  Many are concerned about it and perhaps rightly so, who wouldn’t be with all the negative messages we are receiving.

I’m taking another approach. I’ve decided to start mocking the market. 

That’s right, I’m mocking, jabbing, poking and belittling the market because I know that despite current realitites, there is always a way to locate and exploit opportunities in any real estate market.

In the hottest markets, someone benefits more than others…it’s the reality of the market.  You’ve never heard anyone say, “it’s a seller and buyer market.”

Whatever the market brings, I invite you to explore it with smile, mock it and find opportunity!
