Prescott’s American Ranch - Total Lifestyle Living

Located south of Prescott on Williamson Valley Road, American Ranch is the first truly master planned, private and gated equestrian community in Prescott, Arizona and it is a real estate and lifestyle jewel.

Equestrian Center.  American Ranch is  home to one of the most spectacular equestrian centers in Arizona, featuring two barns and 50 stalls.

You can take riding lessons or ride you own or one of the association horses  in our covered arena or on any number of proven area trails.  Equestrian events take place regularly.

Community Center.  The American Ranch Community Center is the gathering point for social and family events of every variety.  Complete with club house, stocked lake (catch and release only), pool, spa, basketball and tennis courts and of course, billiards and workout rooms the American Ranch amenity package is second to none.

Hiking Trails.  The American Ranch community features its own hiking and riding trails.  A number of adjacent trails provide the avid hiker with treks into forested areas and onto Granite Mountain trails.
